It looks like a dealer. You realize they must disclose the frame damage and because you brought the car back they can't plead ignorance. Shady dealer, they could get sued.

yea they weren't gonna give me my money back at first, but then when i brought my lawyer down there they wrote me a check for the full amount of the car and the extended warrenty i got... it's supposively a reputable bm dealer, my boy got a couple m3's from there, but the sales guy was a real douchbag... lol.. i made him feel soooo small... hehe

i was actually thinking i could get a newer m3 with almost no miles for the same money... 42k is what i spent on the e39 m5... i found an 04 m3 with 8k miles for 38k... but i really want another m5... ive driven e46 m3s before and i like then but nothin compares to the m5...

they e39, the one i just had comes wit 400 but i had dinan intake, dinan MAFs, dinan software and full supersprint exhaust from headers to cans... had about 470hp... i brought my car in to get the dinan s1 suspension package... but now i have to find another one... more then likely i will have to mod it myself.... oh well... id rather have a car that doesn't shake violently at 80mph...

Speedo?.. lmfao!... Just returned from Gym doing Quads and Deadlifts still feeling abit vomity smelling my chicken and rice i had earlier in the dustbin, feeling like Cake and Coke but cant because its not that day today, needing a protein shake but to stiff to walk to fecth milk.. Other than that im fine thanks for asking ol friend from AR whos Avatar says "pass the test" who parades around in Speedo's wishing the tempareture could increase a lill not doing much at work whoring around on the lounge!....
