    nah, I'm ok, I'll need to take it easy on my back the next few days but I'm fine. It wasn't even a max or anything. 365 lbs, was gonna do 10 reps and 1 side of the weight got stuck on the failure bars at the bottom so when I went up I went up cock-eyed on the fifth rep and started to fall forward and couldn't recover. I was leaning against the front of the cage and a friend helped me pick it up the rest of the way.

    you are very tall but this guy is almost as tall as me. he has four times my weight. his bloating is incredible. in my country is not common to be into steroids ...people here just take stano...so everybody in the gym was aware of his presence...this guy is a personal trainer

    it's impressive for me. I never pay attention to the numbers people give around here. i want to keep going to the gym without frustration. Anyway i ve never seen anyone lifting so much weight in real life. Just in vids.

    I do support Milan and Roma. I hate Inter, yesterday there wasn't any italian player in game...it's a shame for me: that's why I hate Internazionale...
    In the second half reds didn't even let inter players touch the ball. fun
