    Well, I stopped getting fatter I think weighed in at 261 today on a full stomach. Down from 266, which is up from 245 3 weeks ago. I don't feel like as much of a bloated pigglet today.

    so that 1 year makes all the difference in metabolism? I wouldn't say my diet is exactly clean, it has a lot of beer in it. I work out a lot or I would be a porker.

    My problem is i can't put the weight on. I can't seem to get enough calories into my body to get me to my goal. When i start eating 3000+ calories a day i start hitting the bathroom 5 times a day and thats no lie. That gets old really quick , esp while at work. I lift like a mad man which burns a lot of calories so i don't do cardio and i still lose weight haha

    I don't want to start taking weight gainers so i guess ill just wait till it slows down a bit.

    I workout with a guy who is 5'6'' and started at 150, now up to 175 with a little help from tren .

    Thanks merc...im doing it. I passed from a diet 2000k to a 3000 k and nothing. I'm hopeless without steroids .

    5'6'' 149lbs one digit bf

    i must be very careful with fats and carbs. Fat appears at the sides of my waist. I do a 3 day split work out and no cardio.

    the thing is martin with my buddy we addressed his diet first and got him gaining a bit natural. He did a cycle without changing his diet and saw almost nothing. I'm betting if you do a cycle and arn't gaining natrual you won't see much except the on cycle bloat.

    Perhaps i should save the money and the problems, shouldn't I? If I'm realistic...there isn't a lot of things to change in my diet...anyway i will try to increase the K.

    i've been training for 7 years and gained more or less 12 lbs.

    its ok poon im gonna be running low dose 200mg and maybe bump it up to 400mg if I can handle it ill see how my body reacts to 200mg first though

    i dont believe that. if you have a fast metabolism, it would be fast regardless of what you eat. eat some fat and watch yourself grow.
