I do my pecs shot with an a slin pin, no pain, no issues.
Once though I injected some sust in and it was like I wanted to pull it back from within the muscle.

Never did calves but I could try soon

I think there should be no probs on doing them, consult spot injections .com for an accurate in depth view.

no i alternate. ive done both my delts, both glutes, both quads and another delt today.

the quad ones are just a bitch and i dont like them.
