sounds like a scam to me, process the charges, make sure you dont have anything at your house that will incriminate you. dont tell either of them you are pressing charges. keep in contact as much as you can. play the nice guy.
they will probtry to press assult charges on you if they know you are taking it further and know that you do gear. get in first and it will make them look desperate if they do press charges.
