I remember reading somewhere that there are people that lock a master lock to their unit.. it stays on all day and over time it does increase the length.. but girth wise, i dont think it does shit.....

Look into penis exercises like jelqing. Also throw in some vasodilators such as no2, and some aphrodisacs (sp) like maca and fenugreek. The increased bloodflow will help increase yoru girth.
