Some scientist has linked Lance Armostrongs success to the fact that he had a testicle removed as it produced changesin his hormone levels which affected his metabolism. He went from an exceptional one day athelete to a 3 week endurance champ.

adamw1,
Lance Armstrong is a genetic freak. Losing his testicle by no means made him perform better. He has a higher threshold for lactic acid, higher ability to hold oxygenated blood and a much larger heart than normal people and athletes.
lexed and batlin,
Sperm is produced by gametogenic tissue in the testes themselves. That means that the sperm will correspond to the genetic makeup of the donor. In the case of "testicle homotransplantation" you would produce sperm by the donor's testes and I'm assuming your offspring would carry their genetic makeup although you are the person shooting the bullets.
I could be wrong but from what I know and found researching this subject, I'm not, so someone could very well have kids like Jim Carey in the movie Me, Myself and Irene, lol.

LEGAL OR NOT:
Just about every country (Brazil, China, Britain, etc) now have laws in place to enforce the illegal sale, purchase and commerce or organ sales.
UNITED STATES: President Bush signed the Organ Donation and Recovery Improvement Act on April 5. While it is still illegal to sell or pay for organs, the act authorizes the federal government to reimburse living donors for expenses and to offer project grants aimed at increasing donations and improving organ preservation and compatibility. And this year, Wisconsin became the first state to give living donors a tax deduction of up to $10,000 for medical costs, travel, and lost salary.

Legal in Iran: I'm not giving up a kidney or testicle for a job...hell no!
Kidney sales are legal and regulated. The trade is organized and controlled by two nongovernmental organizations - the Charity Association for the Support of Kidney Patients (CASKP) and the Charity Foundation for Special Diseases (CFSD) - both endorsed by the government. The CASKP connects potential recipients and donors, and organizes tests to ensure compatibility. Recipients often offer donors employment or extra money after the transplant.

Lance is not and was not on HRT just to clear that up. He would have needed a special exemption in the tour and I doubt they would even grant such a request. I have a good friend who had testicular cancer, and confirmed by a girl that had sex with him, he has one nut. My friend is not on HRT and Lance wouldn't need to be either.
