I honestly cannot remember exactly what I recorded for Inuyasha. When you are recording for these shows you only see the scene your line(s) is in so you cannot make heads or tails of a story line. I recorded lines in Mega Man for 8 episodes in one session... I was probably an incidental character (like "guy on road" or something).
I remember that I auditioned for a character in Inuyasha, but I did not get it so they brought me in for additional voices. I also auditioned for Shakugan No Shana, but did not get it
Voice over is a hard industry to break into...

I had heard that the majority of steroid users were non-competing bodybuilders and powerlifters who are middle and upper-middle class. I found it hard to believe, but It's true for me and it looks like it is true for a lot of others here as well.

Had the rookie rip the filters out with a pikepole and sprayed in with my line... put the fire out quickly, but you should have seen the colour of the water/sludge dripping back down. Eeeech!
I'm sure that restaurant owner never had his hoods cleaned.
You have my sympathy! That IS indeed a dirty job... you should invite that "Dirty Jobs" dude to make a show with ya!

I’ve learned a lot in my short life and career.
I did not have the best support, but it made me develop into a some what stubborn person, in a good way that I don’t give up.
At 18 I attended college and recived a accounting degree, after finishing college I continued to cook and manage the restaurant I worked at.
I lived in a very tight budget. I did things you guys would laugh at, I was so cheap. Never the less though, I was able to save up 20% of the downpayment for an investment property. In the past 4-6 years then, I have acquired 5 homes, some multiunits and some single family homes.
Working on these homes, I discovered how much money is in construction and how abundant the work is. Most of the knuckle heads in construction do not have their shit together either. The work is easy to chase down not for a “smart” person. But for a motivated, driven and organized person. I started a construction company 2 years ago and you do very well with them. No way could I get a local job that would pay me near what I can pull in with my company.
While I don’t consider myself retarded, I don’t consider myself a genius either. Nothing I have is attributed to real intelligence, just drive and a passion to do better.
I can honestly say that in High School no one would have expected a kid like me to do anything. I was not a great student; I skipped more than I went. My mom was really poor and enjoyed the bar more than her kids. I honestly do better than anyone that I know of that graduated with me. Most of them are still renting, paying off college debt and making what I was making managing a restaurant.
