who benches 5plates raw
Who can bench 5 plates raw for one rep. Be interested to see how many can do it and your views on the weight.

495lbs. bench, in my dreams I can bench it. I was happy to be doing 3 plates. one day I hope to do 4 plates but 5, again, only in my dreams.

475 raw is close as i can get .. anytime i go higher i get injured so i give.. i shoulda got it i suppose since i could do 315 for bout 18reps, meh.

315 for 12 to warm up, 405 for 7-8, 455 for 5...thats as high as i have gone...i wanna try for 5 plates, but i am scared i will get hurt....maybe tonight though....

I have gotten too used to dumbbells and whenver I try to do bar bench I seem weak. The most I have ever done is 425, but i will do 4 sets with 150lbs dumbbells for 10 reps each without much struggle.

^^^ i nkow some guys who can get 300 to 400 out of the shirt, that is how you have people that can bench over a 100lbs these days, the shirts can give you alot

in my early twenties i inclined press 555 3x4to6 depending on how i felt. It was odd if you put another ten or tweny pounds on the bar i coulnt do it once. but that was when i played football and now im just human. that was in the late eighties and with out all the shirts and raps theye have now. judging from some of my friends i feel fortunate i dont have any shoulder pain at 40 lots of back pain from heavy deep Platz type squats or the firckn dead lifts. or push presses. it was fun though no regrets

damn we have some big mofo's in here! I used to work out with Juim Kilts you holds/ held the world record for the 181 weight class at 600 plus and in the offseason he could easily hit 5 plates raw. The man is a freak!

There a girl in town tina rinehart If im not supposed to give her name ill edit it out, shes in the reocrd books and does 500+ bench i bet she not 66 inches tall. Its pretty amazing though she is always at the arnold gig in Ohio.
bench is a lot of technique and mental will. 180 lb man doing 600 lbs that is also frickin dam good geneitics.

my best at 495 is for a triple... but sadly enough i just partially tore my left pec with 495 about a month ago. i hope to start benching again in another month.
