It was about 40 or so minutes south of the GSP airport.
Hilton Garden Inn located at 115 Destination Blvd., Anderson, SC.
Thats where we stayed..
The amount of food eaten was crazy. Sunday afternoon was a catered pig roast. Damn that thing was good. Monday afternoon, was fried chicken with all the fixens...

anderson, talk about pulling some easy poon!!!! that sh1t grows on the side of the road out there. That is right around the Clemson campus, let me just tell you about the anderson SC pink sock. Charleston SC is probably my favorite city in the US though, it is so damn charming and nice, and the 6:1 woman to men ratio aint bad either. Just have some coin if you want to do it right out there.

Duncan is right outside of Spartanburg on Hwy 290. I live in Greenville and work in Duncan. I used to go the Middle Tyger Y before work. Thought maybe I'd seen you there.

uh I paid around 3k for mortgage on a 1200sqf house near the "market" 8 years ago but had friends renting for about 700-1200 a month so rental properties are definatly not in short supply, it is owning stuff that gets pricey, like a home or going shopping at gucci when there stuff 2x as much as it is in NY, all the nice stuff is overpriced IMO but all the cheaper things to do are available just dont end up on the wrong side of town trying to do them. Tax on my property was so outragous I literally could have bought a new car every year w/ the property taxes I paid.
