Is this corvette worth $7500

ABSOLUTELY! A drop top Corvette for 7500? I would do it as long as it ran good and there was no noticable problems with the drive train or other mechanical parts.

Paint looks like it's still in good shape, wheels too. How's the interior?

I've been into Corvettes for many, many years, I have a C3 with a 500+hp big block. I would be amazed if this car is pushing close to 500hp. What engine mods did he make?

Highest indicated reading on mine... 181mph... on I-80 in the middle of no where Nevada. On the track... 145mph... whole different ball game there!


One thing's for sure... it's a completely different spiratual plane of existance at that speed.

ohh man i can't even explain the feeling of going that fast.... it's the greatest high in the world.... id have to say just as good or better then the feeling of being on test.... and as for the Raven edition i didn't care that i had to pay an extra 900 bucks for that paint job... it was definatly worth every damn penny!!

I did have an Audi give me a run for my money once, but that was on a CBR600RR.

im a fox body style mustang man.... got an 89 5.0 hatch... paxton supercharger.... stompin the happy peddle on that thing almost rips the frame in half...

I don't remember the modifications that he has but it has been dyno tested at 480hp.

That engine looks stock...and a little dirty. I don't think that would have 500hp...maybe if I saw a couple turbo's or a fat-ass supercharger on top of the manifold

What is it worth. Look up the book value for a stock 89 vette with 100k on it.

This was the first info he gave me. How much would a performance chip bring up the horse power? I talked him down to $6800 and I was thinking I could resell it quickly for 7500

87 convertible. Red/white top. New Corvette Z06 rims w/ new tires. Red
leather interior. Alpine stereo. Performance chip. Dynomax flow-thru
exhaust. 5 speed automatic. $9500 obo.
