tell your doc you have trouble falling asleep. Deny any caffiene, alcohol or cigs and he should hook you up with it...if not it doesn't hurt to say "I've seen commercials for Ambien, can I give it a try" <--that usually works

I'm not sure what dosage Klonopin your on but when you mix those 2 together specifically the affect is like 100x's what it normally would be.

I'm on Klonopin (ed) and Xanax (as needed) and was prescribed Ambien a while ago because I was having serious problems sleeping (even with the Klonopin and Xanax). I had an accident when I was 19 that affected a specific part of my brain and have had Panic Disorder ever since. (even though I hate using the word "disorder" if you've read any of my past posts).

But be VERY careful mixing Ambien and Klonopin. I'm serious, when I talk about black outs with Ambien when you mix it with Klonopin someone could taze you while you sleep and you still wouldn't wake up.
