    Sarcopenia (commonly known as vaginitis)

    Nice article on muscle mass and the degeneration of muscle as we age. Article was emailed to me and I typically despise anything from MSN.com and the main stream morons.

    It was nice to see that scientists are actually coming around to the fact that people need more than a damn treadmill to be physically fit. Now if they would just endorse the use of strds by mainstream America...
