sick... gym or no gym
Ok well obviously I usually don't go to the gym when I'm recovering from a sickness however...
I went to the doc's last monday and got placed on an antibiotic that was for 3 days which got rid of my strep throat however now I have what they call post-nasal drip, and it's annoying as hell as this shit is in my lungs I can feel it when I breath in and I'm cou***ng like crazy 24/7 so I went back to the doc's again today and they gave me an even more powerful antibiotic and an inhaler...
She said it could be bronchitis and the coughs could last for up to 8 weeks.
So the thing is what the hell do I do??? I've never had this b4.

no dont go to the gym first off its disrespectful to others and second the workout will be useless as you would get out of breath easily

uncle just let your body rest if you do it right ull be up and ready to hit the gym in 2 days. If you strain and overwork the body it will take much longer for your body to heal up

You just take longer to recover. Your immune system will be shutdown while you're working out and for a few hours afterwards will be crippled.

Rest.
p.s
Everytime i see the doc (which is almost never) they ALWAYS write me up a slip for antibiotics. They give them things out like their candy which can cause them not to work for you later down the road when you really need them. I say ditchem unless you think you really need them. You'd be surprised at how your body can bounce back when you eat right and just relax.

i'd take time off, let your body recover and get back to 100%. rest does nothing but help
