Pretty sure I won't be happy til I'm a cut 215 at 5'10... and probably won't even be happy then.

And yeah, every girl has a fantasy about getting railed by a big huge cut dude, if they say they don't they're lying.

I've got it. I always feeling small and get paranoid that i'm shrinking for some reason. I take measurements almost on a daily basis out of paranoia.

I have some of the symptoms. I said to myself, when I get to 'so and so' weight, I'll be content. Yeah, that didn't happen. I wouldn't want to be a Ronnie(don't have the genetics nor dedication, anyway), but I honestly don't know when I'll actually be happy with where I'm at physically.

When I look in the mirror I see the same thing. I can see myself shrinking. Specially on leg day. If I have on shorts while training quads instead of seeing a pump and my legs looking bigger the longer I have on shorts the smaller they get in my eyes. By the end of my leg workout I leave depressed about how small they are.

2 years ago I was this bad. I had a tape measure in my bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, in my desk drawer at work and one in my laptop bag. I measured myself a few times a day and would get upset when I didn't see a difference. To get over it I threw out all of my tape measures and stopped measuring myself. I haven't measured again since then. Now I weigh myself several times throughout the day.

guys, why not just use the weigths as your guides....if you are gaining strength, you are therefore eventually adding (not losing) muscle mass

    yup yup

i'm trying to be about 5'8 220 at about same bf, and when i get there, you can bet your ass i';ll be going for 240. but, the honest truth

i think in 1 year, then a first cycel at T500/week, off 3 months, then 750/week, realistically, i think i can be 260 while holding 220 dry and hard comp ready

goddamn...I have this problem too. I used to weigh about 160lbs before I even touched a weight. Now I weigh 195, pretty much all natural. I still look in the mirror and see the same 160 lb. guy I was before. I definitely don't believe people when they tell me I'm a big guy...I don't see it.

    I know I won't be happy until I'm around 225 and a bit leaner.

Being "big" is not the be all, end all of life. Because when you die, the people at your funeral will not be saying, "He was a big guy." You can only hope that they'll be uplifting the other things that you brought to the table through relationships with them.

If you do in fact struggle with this, I can only hope and pray that you'll allow yourself to NOT allow your personal desire to be "big" to defeat the purpose of your life on this side of the grave.

That my problem. I always see myself as I used to look before weights, or those few years where I couldnt work out. When I go home people are like "damn, you got diesel" but I feel like i look just like i used to, and that I kind of look like them. I think thats part of the reason I'm attracted to tiny women.

I don't see it is a problem... I see it as fuel in the gym and motivation to eat.

I've got my tape in my bedside table. I'm a manager at the gym so there's no getting away from scales, measuring tapes or body comp machines for me.
