    Bigarexia

    Anyone know what it is? How many of us do you think have it? I know I used to a number of years ago. How big of effect do you think it plays on a persons desision to use steroids ? How offten have you pushed your self further than you should've and ended up hurting your self?

    Bigarexia: Body Dysmorphic Disorder


    Obsess about being small and undeveloped. Worry that they are too little, too frail, or underweight. (It is the opposite of anorexia.) They usually are muscle-bound, but believe their muscles are inadequate.


    Excessively concerned about appearance, body shape, body size, weight, perceived lack of muscles, facial blemishes, and other perceived body inadequacies and flaws.


    An unhealthy quest to become all-muscle, people with bigarexia get addicted to lifting weights, do resistance training and exercise compulsively.


    Feel deeply depressed after missing even one day of weight lifting.


    Many have well-developed musculature, but they are so obsessed with having the perfect physique that they look at their well-sculpted bodies in the mirror and see themselves as puny.


    Self-image can be so distorted — many admit to wearing baggy pants and sweatshirts to hide their "ugly bodies."


    In some cases it can lead to steroid abuse , unnecessary plastic surgery, and even suicide.

    i have it and have for a long time...i am the same as Buffgator, around 295 tonight, and feel average at best if not small every time i look in the mirror...it sucks man, i cant take a compliment about my size at all, cause i dont believe it...

    But when I'm around other people I feel bigger and comfortable with my self. When I see someone else who works out I question my self.

    lol, I spent over two hours the other night squeezing the shit out of my face, shoulders, and back. Just trying to get rid of those tiny pimpels i get while on cycle.

    I know it helped in my deasision to use steroids the first time.

    just someting to consider amorphic... your're young. i did my first cycle when I was 21. It killed me for years afterwards cuz no one knew better in the 80's. I quit lifting for years after that. It wasn't until recently in my late 30's did they really come through for me. Anyway, long story short, you balls should pump out all you need for now if you're not so hung up on Bigerexia.

    yeah i do plan on staying natty for a while still. when im 22 i might start up, thats the tentative plan so far, may vary as time goes.

    Well the cool thing is that you've probably learned a lot on this site and will run a very smart cycle for a 22 year old. Me... I want the knarliest cycle for hookers that money can buy! Hell yes! Hella good!

    Don't forget to eat 3 meals a day... and a protein shake. But don't eat too much, you don't want to get fat. Keep it around 1500 calories, you'll get huge.
