Took about 6 weeks off
I messed my forearm up doing straight bar curls.. I went back friday and worked tricpes and shoulders, boy did I lose alot of strength.. I am still sore today.. I am dreading legs on tuesday,.... ... but it feels good not having a terrible pain along my forearm... switching to dumbells and ez bar curls...

just build yourself back up slowly, it wont take long. train safe
