The original talkshow host airs his last show tonight :(
Just watching the TV now, heard last night its Parkinson's last show tonight, strange, ive never really made a point of watching, but its something that has always been there as i was growing up, dad use to love watching and being a daddies boy id sit with him and not get any of the intellectual conversation that was going on.

The original? He's been around a long time but even someone like Johnny Carson was a late nigh talk show host 10 or so years before Parkinson.

Yeah granted, i dont mean like the original as in the first one. But he must have been doing something right since he was at it for over 37 years. doubt there are many people in the wolrd who has met the people he has met let alone intervied them on live TV. The Muhammad Ali interview was a legendary one.
