getting online women pregnant

There is an ad on a local website around were I live and this women is 28 and is tired of looking for LTR and she wants a baby now. So she is posting an ad for a guy to come over and just **** her everything and then leave until she gets pregnant. It says she will sign a form so you are not obligated to pay any child support.

Just wondering if this stuff is true or a scam. Cant the state still find the father and get child support or the women change her mind and then get you for child support?

What do you guys think. Not saying im going to do this but I saw the ad and curious about the whole child support thing.
