    I need new cell phone help

    I currently have the verizon palm 700p phone and it really bugs the shit out of me. This is the third phone I've had replaced and today it started acting up after I got got it two months ago. I can't check my messages,dial or look at my past history calls. It turns on and off and I think its time for a new one. Now I need a phone for bussiness so I don't know if I should go with the Blackberry or wait to see if the iphone comes out with the second generation phone soon. Which one do you guys have that you like?

    Although I must say I would be lost if it wasn't hacked as I use some 3rd party apps

    Thats why I am still using Treo 650.
    Verizon doesn't have the iPhone but has the best reception out here.

    now do you think verizon has the best reception and prices on their minutes or AT&T? On my palm I paid for the internet connection and it would take about two minutes for each page to open so I canceled it.

    i hate the fact that the iphone isn't windows based... thats what really turned me off... there are so many sick apps for windows based phones... sling box or sling media is awsome... i can watch live tv which is transmitted from the cable box at my house in real time and control the cable box as well from the phone...

    I think reliability came into it... As well as the continuation of what they know!

    OS X is loosely Linux based.... I've had Windows phones and found them to be slow and crashy after a while!!

    As yet I've never had to restart my iPhone due to problems, in fact I've only switched it off and on again about 3 times in 2 months!

    Yeah, Verizon is kind of expensive. But thats the only carrier that I can get reception where I live. I've tried AT&T old system and it was good until they switched to GSM.

    But your problem is with the phone not reception. I had the 700w and it is the worst phone ever. That is why I switched back to my old 650 with the Palm interface. The 700w runs on Microsoft - that's why it crashes all the time.

    yea i have noticed that my windows based blackjack if left on too long doesn't function properly... but nothing a power cycle doesn't fix... but hey to each their own... i also over clocked my processor so it's alot faster then it was originally...

    Ive used the treo650 for over 2 years now and it's starting to give me problems. I'm due for the new in 2 years thing from Verizon but I'm trying to decide if I even want to stay with Verizon because my bill is so damn expensive!
