what music gets YOU pumped up while working out?
I have been going to the 24 hour fitness in costa mesa (orange county) and they play complete crap! Then again what I may think is crap might not be to someone else....
What kind of music gets you PUMPED UP in the gym and helps you have the best workout possible?
for myself I like a lot of metal / hardcore like 'as i lay dying' 'all that remains' 'atreyu' etc.... The music is just so intense and easy to get pumped up with hatred or get upset when listening to it... Then again you control the getting pumped up with hatred or not so it's not just the music it's also got to be feelings that might get triggered by the type of music as well. Just wanted to get an idea on what everyone has playing while working out. :]

for me it's realy hard to find good music for the gym. It's really boring for me to listen the same music over n over that's why I like to switch up to diff groups albums singers. i enjoy old school metal like manowar, iron maiden, some helloween, metalica.
