Industrial espionage or corporate espionage is illegal in the US.

Just google it you’ll find a ton of articles on it.

Thats crazy dude, so by law, would that dismis the US government from engaging in espionage (for some reason I think there HAS TO BE a loophole for the government)? And if so, how did Bush, or at least the people who listened to him, believe he retrieved his information that there WAS bombs when there WASN'T?

I'm NOT trying to pull this into a political debate. So I ask that everyone focuses more on the laws and less on Bush. Thanks!

There are loop holes. The government does not do espionage on us soil they do surveillance.

I studied the wmd thing. They had good reason to go in. it was not the spying that led them in it was the lack of cooperation from sadam, and a lot of other stuff.

Okay I have read through this whole thing now and in my honest opinion somthing is not right here. The business seems like a cover up for somthing. Anyway whether that is the idea or not we may never know. The real issue is, for me, you invading someoned business. You are trying to use the loop holes in the law to get information that you know deep down you really shouldn't know. You are doing somthing that has ripped the community that you posted this topic in to threads by invading honest bro's space by loop holes. A bit of a drastic comparison I agree, but the general idea keeps up.

running a business is all about the loop holes... I just think this one strikes a nerve on a lot of people... Personally, i could give one rats ass if someone was watching my every move, but that is just me.... now in a competitive marketplace that is another stoy and I am assuming bo is really doing it for those reasons...who knows for sure??? the problem I see is this... if you get caught your ass is in the shits... if he thinks it's worth it then that is up to him... I advised against it... i think there are smarter ways of doing what he is trying to do... that is trying to cheat your way into easy money and many do that all the time, but when caught the price is steep.. so i guess it boils down to that.
