You'd see that he described an earlier pregnancy in a fallopian tube that he 'lost', including the tube. The fallopian tubes are a common location for ectopic pregnancies.

The link you provided is exactly where I got the link I posted -- on the right side, for the "Advocate", which is a detailed first hand account by the 'man'. In this particular case, what they are calling a man, is in reality, according to the man is actually a transgender woman.

Agreed. I see nothing amazing about this. It's a woman who decided to become a man, but stopped taking her test shots and was artificially inseminated. A woman who "decides" to become a man is still a woman.
