it changes from training day to training day...i'm a squat and deadlift junky ,so for back and legs days i dont need any help to get pumped up and thrilled about the workout ,but for days like chest and shoulders i watch a training DVD or something , some good thrash metal CD works pretty well too.

Usually i take sum kind of energy pills that get me all kinds of hyped up, crank up sum disturbed or any heavy metal shit, and visiualize on my target which is that big piece of shit iron and when i lift i just imagine the weight is goin to kill me so i say KILL OR BE KILLED! and a lot of screaming when i lift heavy, like a ****ing wild man!
