You are a sick sick man. You can simple take a screen capture by pressing Ctrl + PRNTSCREEN buttons. Recording might be a little more difficult. I would guess you would need a software program to do this.

There are but like i said they are third party programs that would have to be downloaded (can't be done with windows default software). If you really want to record it that much start googlin my friend.

i tried it with my own webcam,. worked but the quality suffered. lol.

open your webcam in a seperate application, like the webcams actual program, the one you would use it for to take pictures or record video..if you are on webcam at the same time then it wont work because you are trying to use it for 2 seperate things at once. it works hto, trust me. and at thevery least, its better then memory.

Could you not do a print screen(screen capture) and then just paste it into excel or paint....any other program for that matter
