Unless he's refering to the cajun version in which case it's just a type of pork sausage.

Never had the blood sausage, I'm referring to the homeade pork/rice sausage. I'm gaining weight just thinkin about it

its mostly rice with pork meat/liver and veggies like onion and garlic. kinda like rice dressing in a casing, not cornbread dressing.

they have a grocery store around here that has smoked version, its soo fvcking good.

be careful some brands taste horrible, all rice little meat. remember try hog crackin if you have the chance
