Hey,

Everyone I haven't been around in while (few years). I see well almost all new people but that's to be expected i would guess. I was at one time a competitive powerlifter, trained westside style but haven't really been active in the last few years. So I've just gotten started back getting in shape gotta begin somewhere right. I still hold alot of good muscle so I don't really need to add too much size I still hang around 235lbs 12-15% bf so I do have some work to do. Any way I'll be around it's good to be back.

Hey also are there alot of old members still around? vette, warrior, ironfist,cycleon, carlos e, mile xxl, swolecat?

thanks for the welcome back.
No prob putting up with noobs everyone had to start somewhere right, plus I'm sure there is a fair share of members who really know their shit here.
I've been away for a while so just looking to catch up on some updated info and maybe share a bit of my knowledge. I'm very knowledgable as far as training info "HIT, Westside and other powerlifting routines, sport specific stuff, and speed training." I'll be glad to help out where I can.

Vette is still around...Swole has his own thing going on....and Mike XXL has a new kid and is busy with that and doesnt post much anymore....

Warrior, good to see you around and no I didn't bring pbnyc back but if he did come back I'd bet he'd have some new stories to entertain with. By any chance is the resident hamburglar billy-bathgate around anywhere?

Hauss, I just got too busy with life and then just got lazzy not to mention a new knee surgery (that would be #4) although it doesn't hinder training too much as only leg extensions really give me a hard time and I never do them because they're not really effective for powerlifting. I'm not sure if I'll get back into it one day as I love the sport but for now it's just get in shape time (general health type stuff).
