Need help between 12am and 3am.

I know you will say this is a diet question, but it is really a self-control question and I need advice so it belongs in the lounge.

I wake up every night sometime between 12am and 3am starving. I mean starving; I am hungrier when I wake up than any other time of the day. So I go to the kitchen and usually eat something sweet blowing all my hard work at the gym and my flawless diet. Does anyone else have this problem? If so how do you fix it?

If you drink a lot of water, you feel full for a short time. I know it does not taste good, but if you drink enough water you can get to a point you could not even eat a bite of food. By satisfying your immediate desire to eat may buy you time time to fall back asleep.
    Good luck.

Put something healthy by the bed so when you wake all you have to do is reach over, eat, then fall right back to sleep.

All great ideas gents, I think instead of telling myself that I will not be a ***** tonight and cheat. I will have a healthy snack prepared. Thanks.

Just stock your kitchen with healthy food. It is the only way I can break myself of cheating with eggo waffles or a bag of cheetos.

I have the same problem dude.... My sollution that worked well for me is drinking some caseium(sorry) protein before bed. It takes longer to enter the blood stream than regular protein. I also keep a solid supply of fruit on hand just incase it does not do the trick. Other than that just exude some self control. Good Luck brother

are you earting anything before bed that is expanding your stomach a lot but empties fast, leaving your stomach stretched?

if so, eat say half of it before bed, and put the other half beside your bed incase you waken up. or have a casein shake waiting beside your bed, theyr quick thick so make you feel full
