    DVD burn help? Too large?

To anyone who is good at burning dvds:

The disc Im trying to copy is apparently dual layerd or a DVD9 or whatever. It is about 8gb that im hoping to compress to about 4gb .

Using DVD shrink, I know I can turn off some audio streams, but its not enough, I need to compress something more or cut some scenes out. As far as this situation goes, I am a noob.

    Any help?

ok. I have much to learn. I was using DVD shrink, but it only compressed it to about 5 GB. Of course, I might be using an ancient DVD shrink.

    Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well they actually haven't updated dvd shrink because they stopped making it. But everyone uses an old one cus of it's ease. For modern encryption you need dvd decrypter
