I believe this carries merrit as well. I believe that a man's financial situation has a lot to do with it but is not 100% all of it but a majority of it...60% + if you will. With maybe the other 40% being looks and charisma, character, charm, etc...

Yes! Usually they're younger college aged guys who want to be taken care of. I went out with a guy like that and he'd look in a store window and say "I'd love it if someone got that for me." What I run into more are "size-digging" guys. Gay men that workout and want to get big. They act like they like you hoping you'll help them get big and once they get where they want to be they move on. I can spot them a mile away. Instead of asking questions to get to know you on a personal level, all they ask are questions about the gym, how you train and what you take. I give vague answers if I answer at all.

My boyfriend and I work out together, we appreciate each other for having goals and I think that is huge in a relationship. Fitness is important to both of us and it's a huge part of our relationship. You almost have to find someone who enjoys the same things as you do, otherwise there are too many conflicts to deal with.
Money is nice, but I don't expect someone to support me. I have career that supports my lifestyle as does he. We both have our own houses but spend time at one or the other.
I do agree that some women are just looking for someone who is attractive and that can take care of them...I have no need for people who aren't self sufficiant.
