That's not an air shifter, It's a Techtronics PQS3. I love it.

even calipers can be off by quite a bit. the DXA is the way to go and by far most accurate but unfortunately costs at least 500 bucks to get done. for the price, the water displacement would probably be your best option.

Hey no harsh feelings.

That one pic you can actually see your abs so you are lower than i thought.

Hell man if your doc put you on HRT you have had low test for years than i would have thought you would have been fatter so your diet must be good!

IMO cream is crap tell the doctor you want some real test CYP for HRT. 200-300 mg a week and youll have a way higher test count then the cream.

Keep lifting actually those new pics are better thats the hard thing about judging by pics people look alot different in person.

good luck. try to get injectable HRT program its alot better and i know it isnt that expensive.

the important thing with calipers is that they measure change well.

When dieting i like to get done about once or twice a month.

it shows your progress.

remember always weigh yourself at the same time and get the measurements done at the same time.

Usually when you cut you eat the same meals throughout the day so before you workout always weigh yourself at the same time.

I told the doctor that the cream wasn't working and he put me on hcg instead of the Test Cyp that I wanted. I guess I just have to be a little more patient.

i cant see how effective the cream would be. its just not accurate you cant tell an exact amount any small thing could effect how it is absorbed.

I had no clue they would use HCG alone thats wierd. Check out the HRT forum some docs try cream first which i am sure costs more then the injectable which is dumb.

Most guys i think just get Cyp or they try cream then cyp. Look at HRT forum.
