a really good band that I dont think a whole lot of people know about
revelation theory.....truth is currency, their first album.....is way better then their new one
listen to slow burn, thats my fav song by them, the whole album is damn solid......
if you like those guys, you will like burn season and allelle (spelling dont know, but allele something like that, like genes).......
all those guys are good rock, nothing heavy, nothing to soft, just good kick ass music.

having trouble finding some of the new slipknot. lots of good ones so far. keep em coming, other genres are welcome as well given its not gangster rap. i had completely forgotten about some of those bands you listed bigsexy that i used to listen to a lot.

I just started listening to Sky Eats Airplane. It's a pretty weird blend of different genres, but mainly metalcore. I suggest a listen.
The Devil Wears Prada, Parkway Drive, August Burns Red, All that Remains are all pretty good bands too.

A lot of good metal bands named. If you notice yourself wanting to kill people driving below the speed limit, switch it up to some Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Also gotta get the older rock like the Rolling Stones and Led Zepellin.

Biffy Clyro from Scotland. Not quite metal but a bit melodic punky. Kinda Foo Fighters style not quite as rocky.
Check out the album 'Puzzle'
