    i am going to back up trey brewer here....He did a hell of a job....he dieted down to quick.......What I think he would have been better off doing is not competing and just chilling at that bodyweight for much longer to kind of help make that new level of muscularity his new set point

    I mean for me....."bulking" is really, I have completely full glycogen stores 100 percent of the time, and I can lift weights more frequently. Thats really it. no excuse to eat bullshit food. just as strict as when dieting.

    and "cutting" for me is lowering lifting weights frequency, so I can get in more cardio and zero carb days. SO I can do lots and lots and lots of cardio, like twice a day on cardio days and drop the carbs so I am using fat as fuel in between workouts....than carb up before workouts.
