Favorite bulking foods
Let’s hear your favorite bulking meals.
4 egg whites 1 whole egg with seared healthy choice ham and ½ cup of oats.
All natural PB&A on 100% whole wheat whole grain and a quart of milk
Rotisserie chicken, a bottle of hot sauce, and a bottle of Samuel Adams summer ale.
Flame broiled sirloin, grilled asparagus and loaded baled potato.

2 or 3 protein and carb meals (ex chicken and rice) and then 2 or 3 protein and fat meals
as compared to
5-7 protein and fat meals when cutting and the timed glycogen loads.

if you want i can introduce you to the few rugby chicks that swing that way.
but for the food i would have to go with steak. a really big f***ing steak with a baked potato. but when im feeling cheap, which is most of the time, i would have to go with ground beef or turkey mixed with rice and a glass of 1% milk.Last edited by oneshot; 07-07-2008 at 11:32 PM.

Sorry guys. Goes something like this
And this is no joke), 5am: 3 eggs, 1 bagel, 1 cup oatmeal, 16oz. milk. 7am: carb drink with banana. 12:00: At least 50 gms protein coming from either raw tuna, chicken, eggs or red meat with pasta or rice or potato.
4:30: pwo drink, protein only.
7:30: dinner, usually hamburger or pizza with salad. Sometimes she'll make lasagna with garlic bread. Or chicken with vegies.
10:00: Ice cream with protein powder sprinkled on top.
10:15: Bed. Sex 5 days a week at this time. This is how i justify the ice cream.

1/2lb chicken breast and 2 cups of yam
1/2lb lean beef and 2 cups of potatoe
8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1.25cups oats
2x 1/4lbs burgers (xtra lean) with whole wheat buns
30g whey, 1.25cup oats, banana, cup of milk
i try and make my meals a max of 700-800 cals.

I tend to eat the same exact foods whether I'm bulking or cutting but the volumes are drastically different!

the one that stole my v-card is surely not a lesbian. other than her, there are like 3 other cute strait ones, one of which im workin on right now. so that leaves 2 for you. other than that, the other 25 are all very butch lesbians and very open about it. maybe a threesome possibility?

Man I eat anything and everything when bulking...chicken fried steak with gravy, eggs, hash browns, toast, for breakfast.. Liver and onions...chicken and dumplings, fried okra, candied yams, shit sometimes ill go outside in my back yard and fry a whole turkey

You guys are your fast metabolisms..
My food choices dont change when I "bulk"...I just increase my macros.
Bulking is not an excuse to get fat...hell..look what happened to Trey Brewer..

Same here, all the same food just lots more. A little more liberal with the carbs (but only bc the only carbs I eat when cutting are sweet taters)....Oh, and I start eating NAtty PB, MMMMM, Natty PB....But other than that, same stuff. Bulking is def not an excuse to eat as much crap as possible.

Yup. I pretty much have to cut out pb because I get addicted to it while cutting and its too tempting to eat the whole jar
When I eat more, I'm more satisfied and not tempted to eat more than I should...so it helps.
Key also is to keep cardio 4-5x a week
