I need to tell my broker that i'm leaving the office to work for someone else. It sucks having to tell him that is just 20 more minutes. Shit I don't know how to even start, should I call him to my office or go to his?

I changed brokerages recently and it wasn't easy until my old broker was an ass about it. Made me realize that my broker wasn't exactly my friend that entire time he just liked how much business I brought him. I'll miss the free sporting tickets though...

he just walked by my office. I think he got the news from someone else. He didn't say anything but I could see he was worried and his tone changed from his voice when he was talking to me.

You're in real estate right? If I remember correctly that's what you've said before.

My broker took it as an insult when I left his office because he really did help me out a ton when I first started by bringing me in on his team as a buyers agent. It really taught me some things, got me some $ and gave me many connections. When I left his team he was pissed then when I left his office it was even worse. I needed a change and I got a better rent/split with the new broker so I had to do it.

lol, I was on the phone and he kept looking into my office like 4 times today. After I hung up I went down to look for him and he was gone. I know for a fact he knows now. I'm just going to have to face him tomorrow.

**** he didn't show up to the office today so I'm going to have to call him in about 10 min. I was going out with a girl that works at the front desk here too. Shes is fine as fuc.k. 5'8, 135lbs, slim waist, pretty face and huge ass. She got mad at me because I was banging her and didn't want to be her bf. I guess she got a man now but I still kinda have some feeling for her. But thats another story, I think she knows i'm leaving but she didn't tell me anything. I just texted her now to tell her I'm gone.

thanks TJM. That's why I'm making this move. I have an excellent office with ocean views, great comission split but I feel that the company isn't doing nothing to help me succeed in this market. My broker has never even approached me in a year, and I only see about 8 people the most working on a 2 story 10,000sqft + office. What does that tell you? When they have over 200 agents, everyone is gone. They didnt make it and had to find other resources, I like what I do and I've done it for over 5 years, I was only this company for a year and I know its not good for me.
