Post your favorite fast healthy restaurant
Just as the title says...where do you go when you're on the run and have to still stick to your macros or at least be healthy?
I'm loyal to a place called Yaya's. It's only in Michigan and Florida but it's great chicken. All flame broiled right in front of you with plain sides. I'll usually get chicken breasts, rice and veggies.

Mongolian BBQ can be very healthy if you're strict on yourself but there is no way I can do that there. If I'm there I'm cheating.

Season 52's aint bad. They dont use salt or butter in their foods. They dont have it in the restaurant at all.

the melting pot. its fondue and i always get the lobster/tiger shrimp/chicken plate. its bad ass because they bring it out raw and you stick a piece at a time in the fondue pot which is in the middle of the table and in 8 seconds or so its cooked.
