Wythenshawe is not as big as Oxford City. Wythen shawe is a council estate in a city where as Oxford is a city that is stand alone. So wythenshawe is a little smaller in terms of area. Im not sure exactly, but i know Wythenshawe is 11 square miles of council estate id have said by looking on a map oxford city is about 15 square miles.
The population of wythenshawe is summin like 70000-80000 people. Id hazard a guess that the entire population of Oxford City is probably 100 000-120 000 with probably anything up to 50 000 of these being students.
Technically speaking Wythenshawe is a "commuter town" to Manchester, but its a part of Manchester itself hence the reason its classed as an estate.
what ever its classed as, its a shit hole end ofLast edited by Odpierdol_sie!; 07-20-2008 at 04:39 PM.
