I see a 500 pounder everytime I go into subway pounding down a footlong sandwich becasue that's how Jarod lost weight. How much you wanna bet they drive right home and eat a bag of M&M's right after that.

Every woman's magazine has at least one section on fitness tips and every issue says "eat less, exercise more."

People are mezmorized by the biggest loser on TV. I have to admit I like watching the fatties cry and whine when they are forced to exercise. The average person watches it wishing they could change their own waist line.

Stories like this, people will read all day long, because it makes them feel like maybe they could do it too.

I bet that sample diet would probably work on someone who doesn't give a damn about muscle and just wants to drop 40 pounds. Still wouldn't be what I recommend but I guess it beats being fat.
