iphone Order

Has anyone ordered the iphone from the store and is waiting on it to come in or has recieved it already? How loang is it taking for them to deliver? I ordered the 16g Black and I saw that it was backordered then the next day, it said that my order had been cancelled.

What's up with that?

I have the Iphone 1st gen... so I wouldnt know.

B/f just walked into the store the second day they were released for sale and picked one up. Chances are you won't be able to get it from an AT&T store since their stock is limited. You should go to a Apple store (if you have one in your area) which has a very large stock on hand.

Stocks have run out (Apple store or ATT), predicted dry till next week I believe. I read an article on it a week or two ago, it stated that there would be about a 3 week period where the iPhone would be sold out.

I just called the Apple store that is 1 hour and 45 mins away and they have ALL models in stock! I am driving down to get one. Should make for a nice ride on my bike!

I ordered mine and got it in a week.

Waiting in a line to pay money makes no sense to me.

I went back to a different AT&T store and they said they could have the white 16 gig in in 3 days so I placed another order and used a credit card. apparently they are having problems with the debit cards, cause they do a hold and a charge. So you actually have to have over $600 in the account.
