yea, i always love to look at ex's after breakups. i'm a personal trainer, and usually help keep them in pretty good shape when i'm with them. soon as i'm gone, they blow up as well. pretty much every single time this has always happened. you become a lot less self-conscience once you're not with a personal trainer anymore, and apparently a lot fatter too, lol.

It really depends on how you feel about the ex. Some I look at and say, "wow good thing I got out of that relationship". One in particular I'll look at and not really think about the new guy (besides wanting to beat him so bad his mom wouldn't know who he was), I think about all she's experienced without me and wonder what could have been.
