I'm weaning myself off of high fat, high carb, high sugar, junk food
I haven't eaten healthy like this in over 3-4 years..
Healthy food is so bland.. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

bullshi*t,,, get creative man,,, you dont have to eat bland to diet,, you can make healthy food tast damn good,, if you know what your doing in the kitchen and if you dont use excuse's for laziness

After about a week of clean eating and drinking lots of water, your body should have purged itself of all those nasty preservatives, additives, and other funky chemicals found in the crap most people eat. At that point, you'll start to notice how delicious natural food really is. GOOD LUCK!!

I love eating clean and healthy, but that wasn't the case 18 months ago. I was 330 lbs and pretty much lived on crap food and sweets, hahaha not any more!!!

Man try crash dieting, 1400 cals, 200g protien, very little carbs. I pretty much hate my life.

My diet is shitty also. I haven't been near a gym in almost 3 years now. Trying to get back in the routine, but I don't know what the hell I'm gonna do without Mt. Dew
