Need to lose 2" off waist and 10lbs in 4 days
In 4 days I need to lose 10 lbs roughly or at least 2" off my waist.
I need tot ake a Bodyfat test that ONLY uses neck and abdominal measurements. Its horribly inaccurate I know it thinks I'm 22% bodyfat when calipers say 15-16% Need to be at 20% via tape.
My current plan: Drink 2 gallons a day except for monday night and tuesday before my test.
Limit sodium intake and increase potassium.
Lasix 20mg twice a day ED.
No alcohol or stimulants because my blood pressure has to also be lower than it is now.
I'll only drink protein shakes and tons of fiber (metamusle etc) which will be essentially a fast except for protein.
Anyone got more advice?

10lbs is easy. Dont know about the waiste measurement. i used t ocut that for wresting all the time

0 carbs and go nuts on the cardio. also a little dehydration may help as well. keep up with the lasix or bumix if you want to go extreme and / or dandelion root if you want to do it more natural.
keep up with 2 gallons of water very day. day before stop drinking all water. this will help dehydrate you naturally

also dont forget the sauna or sit in a car with the heat cranked in garbage bags. it sucks but it will take off any excess water that the lasix cant get out of you

I'll tell you I did nearly the same thing:
9lbs in 4 1/2 days. I feel like CRAP =[
You can induce anorexia like a teenage girl by visiting the live journal proanorexia forums.
Just read for a 1/2 hour everyday and you'll lose your appetite.

HAHA I'll pass on the live journal.
I'm adding 50mg spironolactone. and lowering lasix slightly.
I'm having hard time finding things to consume to get my potassium needs. WARM water strained tuna (to get most salt off) then add potassium, I loved jalepeno slices caked in potassium LOL.
my calves are alrdy getting sore/crampy from today jog

get the glycogen "all the way" depleted. brew 10 bags of green tea over about 12 cups of water. That puts me at exactly 10 pounds lighter, o and do cardio twice a day low intensity. It might be even more noticable after your intestines clear a little bit.

I did do it safer. I was eating grilled chicken breast with potassium instead of salt.
I did end up losing 10 pounds and barely made my tape measure test1!
