Anyone else cutting for winter?
All the guys that I know always cut summer and bulk winter (as have I for years), but I spend spring and summer trying to burn the fat from my winter bulk. This time I wanted to mix it up by cutting most of winter so by summer I can get on prop and winny and not worry about having to spend my summer dieting and just enjoy the benefits of winny and test at 8 percent body fat (wells that’s my goal, lol, ten for sure) anyone else done this before?

I usually eat for like 20 straight days with no stopping then sleep through Jan and Feb. It works for me lol.
For real though, I just love bulking in the winter because no one can see how fat I'm getting. Gotta have that summer 6-pack though. I dont compete so I just do what works for me. Good luck with your winter cutting though.

Anyway, i try to run Lean cycles all year around. I dont bulk really. Most people would consider my bulking cycles cutting cycles.
But from what i know about my training and diet, i know the gains i can get from certain stacks.
What were you thinking of running?

Bulking up here too! Goal is to stay below 12% BF by the time cycle is done in 8 weeks, then cut back down to 7%BF and hopefully still be a proud memeber of the 200+ club! Currently sitting at around 10%BF, so it shouldn't be a problem.

<-- I'm on day 8 of my planned 10 week (70 day for any math challenged) diet...It's an effing bitch.
I am cutting now to a.) get down to a suitable bf % before hitting my winter cycle that should carry me to spring break or so, and b.) begin my training to do a full iron-man triathlon next summer.
I've got some EPO on the way, actually, and am eager to post my results from training and the drug. I will have a comprehensive physical/endurance test to understand my V02max, lactate threshold, and some other performance oriented metrics.
I've decided to drop the deca from my proposed winter cycle but still continue to run the other drugs I have.
Anyway, don't let anyone tell you not to cut during winter...It takes just as much discipline and heart to diet and cut at ANY point of the year

true, in my situation I'm always lean even when bulking I stay under 10 percent

I like to get plump during the winter months, it helps me not to get so cold...
Nah I'm just kidding, I think I'll be on a cutting diet from here on until about next year at this time.

Lol, I agree, eattign all day it just so fun, the last couple of test only cycles for winter I had to get xxxl shirts for my bulks. I don’t compete either maybe one day but getting to 6 percent makes me feel sick. By the first day of summer I want that six pack, eca and clen here I come, thanks

When I first started working out a was waking up twice a night just to down some hard boiled eggs and weight gainers, lol now I have a good solid weight
I was planning to do that lean bulks for a while, I was rather hard, I swear I spent more time on the internet adding up calories than in the gym, not good at all, was planning on prop and winny the first day of summer,

7% has always been pretty hard for me while maintaining my muscle, the only time I could even get that low was on prop and some hard core dieting, during a bulk I can never stay below 12 % more like 13 or 14, must be nice to be able to lol, maybe if I watch calories a little more closely, maybe I can, good luck with that

Yeah bro, I have like 2-3 more weeks of cutting ahead of me. It sucks, but I cant hold on to too much weight before winter because I usually have a crazy appetite when the weather gets cold. I also get to hide it under sweatshirts so it works out great.
