Well if you have full off days in between, I would say that try to work on a split schedule.

On off days, work out mornings AND evenings. On days that you have to work, work out in the morning or evening depending on your schedule. The roids should definitely help with recovery, so working out twice a day on off days should be ok.

well whenever your schedule would permit you to workout i would and then ur of day workout at the same time as you would on you work days. Also your going to need to premake all your food and bring it to work with you, your gunna eat say every 3 hours , I'd say train 4 days a week, and Run a Test E cycle and front load with d-bol, keep Armidex on hand for bloating and Letro for Gyno, and run a normal PCT. You'll be Swullen

Agree with devildog.....you said you have already been going to the gym and working out consistently......the only new thing you will be adding is an injection or two, and maybe some pills......what is so different about that......
