    We are really going to focus on our Motivational section which will have some MONSTERS and some overall FIT men and women that will give our viewers something to watch before their workout. We will have vids for each bodypart.... we only did this once so far with a great guy and buddy of mine Shane O' Niel. You can see his at the very bottom in the white looking boxes

    Did JJ's Tutorial help you or educate you at all? Would you have found that to be a helpful vid if you never posed before? Did it help you even if you have posed before?

    i had to go back any watch his tutorial because i only watched his little biography in the gym which i found interesting. as for the poses i cant even think of anything you could of done to make it better. they showed all the mandatory poses and explained in detail exactly how to perform them.
    i think there great and if this is an insight on things to come this board will be at the top and known by every bodybuilder in the world.

    We have some increadible things coming and we cant wait to reveal who our On-Staff IFBB Pro's are that will be online daily for uncensored discussions.

    Thanks If there is any negative feedback.. we can take it. We want to fuk up so that we can learn from our mistakes early on in our development rather than later on.

    From what i saw they look great, but living where i do the internet speed does not really allow me to watch that much. just took so so long to watch a few seconds at a time.

    But keep up the good work and you will be seeing me on the new site......

    I have a very fast connection and I have never had a problem streaming anything.

    Something isn't right with the streaming.
