hey guys ive had the same 20 sum songs on my ipod for a few weeks and im tired of them. Give me the song that really pumps you to get that last rep in. Hopefully i can make a new playlist for chest tonight. THANX fellas.

Well of course not. I was referring to all the other stuff.
Behemoth is pretty cool. I prefer Nile or Belphegor, who kind of have that same sound.
As far as workout jams you can never go wrong with Pantera, Danzig, Rollins Band, Slayer, Crowbar, Hatebreed, etc.
I like a lot of black, doom, and death metal but most of it's not great for lifting.

Okay, I have had the same CD in my Discman for close to eight years and I don't think I will ever get rid of the mix. It is the best ever. I'm not sure if you younger guys know of him, but the late great STK made the compilation for me and it's all I need.
