How can i increase my desire to eat/appetite
As the question states
i really struggle stufifng myself consistently... and want somethiung that will make me a bottomless pit
supplemts? injectables? anything!

If I wake up by 8 or 9 in the morning, I'll eat like a horse all day. 6000 calories is easy. If I wake up at noon, 3000 is tough. My advice, get up earlier.

I love sleeping in till noon, but it makes eating alot harder. Hitting 4000+ calories is really tough especially when you have to eat healthy.
Walking up at 8 or 9, it's a whole different ball game, usually by 3 I will have had in 2500+ calories.
But still waking up is such a bitch

how can you even sleep in til noon? even on the weekends when i try to sleep in, I'm up by 7 at the latest.

Try drinking some diet soda. I read that the some of the ingredients make you more prone to eat food.

this is the only thing that works for me
prepare all my food (most) ahead of time... some time i know i need to eat and am too lazy to make any...
rice and chix, boiled eggs, are always on hand... if i leave the house i have a meal i can take with me just in case..
so the question is why do you want to increase you appitite?

EQ is noted by most everyone for appetite stimulation. BUt ya...you can stretch your stomach to allow for more food over time and youll feel more hungry more often by eating more often. When i really feel like puking my guts out cause im stuffed to my throat with food i just equate it to my gains. I imagine every bite of chicken or fish as adding another pound to my legs or something like that. visualize my gains as im eating. It really helps me power through a meal id otherwise quit on.

We all know that a certain rec drug we cannot talk about is a great appetite stimulator but there is also a drug call megestrol (sp?) that is designed to be an appetite stimulator.

eat slightly smaller, but more often.
large meals "stuffing" yourself will kill you off.

^^ I've never heard of "megestrol"... but when I was younger I had severe insomnia. Because I couldn't sleep for weeks at a time, I also began being unable to eat for days at a time. I was prescribed "cyproheptadine" - you take 2 at night before bed - wake up in the morning, and you eat like a wild silverback during mating season!! lol
But OP I wouldn't rely on appetite increasers. You just have to teach yourself to eat. Sure EQ and drugs like Cyproheptadine will make you hungry, but you simply can't be on them for life. Therefore you just have to learn to eat at a consistent rate throughout the day.

1. it comes from doing all the right things.
2. it comes with time
3. I think forcefeeding will sabatage meals for later in the day
4. I think by eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full is always the right way to go. Trick is to have that meal just before as hunger starts to set in so eating happens every 2 hours or so.
5. you cant start out of hte blue eating like a superheavy weight today or tomarrow, you need to work your way up to it. it comes with muscle growth.
6. CARDIO on all off days. cardio is not just a fat loss thing, its the best apetite stimulator we got, some guys use it soley for apetite.
TO sum everything up, the bigger you get, the bigger your appetite will be. DOing all the right things will have your metabolism running high. always do cardio on days you dont lift. it comes iwth time

With all your carbs go for high GI index carbs....This will solve it.

I drink juice about a half hour before a meal, doesnt do any miracles but does help.

Think of it as fuel and only that. You are not going to like it but it will fill you up. Also do something while you eat. I usually like to go online when I am forcing food down my throat. Takes the focus off of the bland can of tuna.

look at the food as muscle..on your body!- if it were roids - you'd do it! This is just as important. Its not about the eating, or even the taste..its about the means to an end and how bad u want it.
