How many more lbs of muscle do you want?
How many more pounds of muscle do you want to gain before you'll be satisfied? Whatever it takes to get me between 240 - 250 and 6 - 8% BF will be enough for me. My guess is like 20 lbs of muscle, 30 tops.

I'm shooting for 245 and sub 10% bf. My 2 month goal is 225 and I'm at 215. Then by the end of the year, maybe hit 245, but that is going to be hard to hit. I may have to stop at that point.

6'3" right now. My goal is to look as much like Arnold as possible. He was 6'2", like between 235 and 240 at like 6 - 8%, so I figure I need to weigh a little bit more than him to match up to the same size relative to height. Plus I wanna be able to say that I'm bigger than Arnold.

I am sitting around 230 right now but my bf% is a little off right now around 12% so what I lost in body fat I would like to put in muscle..

6'4" 240 and cutting. I'll prob be 225 with 8%, I'd like to be around 250 with the same bf, so 25lbs I guess.

5'10" 225 is my goal with 8-10% I am at 207 with about 13-14% now, coming off of back injury. I will be there this year.

It will never end. I set goals in 5 pound increments. I always say, yea I'll be happy at this weight, but I don't see how that helps my cause. I don't lift to maintain, I lift to progress and I'll do that till the grave.

At 5'9", I don't want to get over 250. Im 240 lbs this off season, but in better shape then I was last year at 250. Im having a hard time getting the food in to maintain the weight. And, at 46, Im concerned about carrying so much weight all of the time. But, I still want to put on another 10lbs of lean mass. Im just going to pay closer attention to my diet to keep my fat no higher then 10%.

10-20. Dont really like to go much over 200 (joints), and im 190 natty. But take away some fat and add 20lbs muscle, that puts me at 205 ish, which is nice.

I've ALWAYS been a hard gainer,and it sucked. I'm 6' tall and was always about 190 but always really lean.
I started eating about 6000 cals a day though for the past 6 weeks so far and hopped on some EQ 500mgs/week.
I'm up 28lbs already, 218lbs. I've put on some fat but i don't care because I loose it really easy. I can run 4 miles every morning and not bat an eye.
Even though I'm up 28 pounds, a lot stronger, i don't feel any bigger. I grew out of a lot of my shirts, but with my shirt off, in the mirror, i look the same size in my eyes.
I've got 8 more weeks with EQ and am adding anavar and t-bol to it next week to help cut wieght. If I can get to 230 and start to cut then, get to a nice lean 210/215 I'll be happy I feel.
I also feel when I do, 10 more pounds will start to cross my mind.

I got up to 287 one time (I dunno what the bf% was) but while it looked pretty good and I was strong, I didn't feel good. I was always eating or taking a dump or sleeping or working out or food shopping or cooking or taking naps, I was thinking about eating or taking a dump or sleeping or working out or food shopping or cooking or taking naps. Plus, I had a tough time reaching around to wash my butt in the shower.
I don't think I'd do it again, unless I didn't have to do all that or worry about my blood pressure, etc. 210 is good enough for me . . . for now . . .

It is kinda sad. I thought that I was going to stop long ago for size years ago, and now I'm way past what I wanted to be, yet I still want more. I honestly think that whoever said that one will never be satisfied with their size and that one will always instinctively want more muscle is correct. I may not be satisfied once I hit 250 @ 8%.
