Well I was feelin fat after testing 15% BF. Im 6' 203 now, was 214 last week.

I went on a 5 day hiatus from the gym and cut back to 1500calories per day and I lost 10lbs.

I hit the gym today, just as strong, and I feel/look bigger in the mirror, no loss in size on the arms, still holding 17".

Just FYI... I shoulda trimmed up earlier, Going for all lean gains now...

Running on 500mg Test a week till my Tren shows up..
