    Thats crazy. Wildfire?

But I don't see how people die. I mean, why be that close to a fire in the first place?
I understand that unexpected things happen, but if there was a wildfire anywhere remotely close to me, Im out of there.

driving down roads which are beside fires and with 100km/h winds it can quickly engulf the car. people hose down there houses to try and save the but heat exhaustion takes over . apparently alot of people have been hiding in the basements which have gone up in flames..

From all accounts seen on our local news threre was no time, in one town they claim that all of a sudden they could hear the noise of a jet fighters then the firers just ripped through the whole town at 100 mph. When the wind turned It basicly happened in a few minutes.

Up to 131 dead, 750 homes lost. Not even halfway through searching razed towns. Still heaps of fires out of control across the state.

Thats my point. Why would somebody want to drive down a road with a wildfire right next to them, with 100km/hr winds!

Its like asking to die. Kinda like the people who stayed in Galveston during Ike and wonder why their friends and family are no longer here.

    Get the **** out people!!!

Now thats a bit more reasonable, as shit does happen.

But still, there has to be some knowing of wildfires in the area.

    Ok lets see.
I see fire, fire is hot.

I see neighboors pool, pool is wet, fire can not go in pool.

I go in pool, I live. Neighbor goes in basement, neighbor dies.
Maybe fires can serve a purpose sometimes?

Kinda for like people who come to 4 way intersection and turn before the car to the right of them... I mean theyre pretty much picking their own fait no? You smell smoke, you know fire is around. Smoke travels very far, smoke is an ironclad reason to not die by fire. If someone smells smoke and isnt quick enough to realize fire is near, they sort of asked for it.
Even in high winds you still smell the smoke LONG before the actual fire is a danger.
